Fair use. Plus includes 40 hours of meeting audio per month, more than a meeting-heavy full-time calendar. Hit the cap and transcription pauses until your cycle resets (notes and Ask keep working); nothing is deleted and you can always switch a meeting to your own key.

Billing questions
Paddle, our merchant of record. They process the card, apply your local GST/VAT/sales tax and issue invoices. We never see your card details.
Yes, from your account page in one click. You keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for, then the app simply asks for your own keys again, nothing is lost or locked.
Nothing. They live on your PC. Cancel and keep using Earshot self-hosted free.
Audio submitted for transcription on Plus. Re-transcribing a meeting counts again; AI notes and questions don't count at all.
